1. Purpose of BRKN

BRKN provides Christian devotional content, guided prayer, journaling tools, accountability features, spiritual discipline tracking, and related resources. The app is intended for personal spiritual growth and encouragement.

2. Not Professional Counseling or Medical Advice

BRKN does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional counseling services. Content within the app is for faith-based educational and devotional purposes only. If you are experiencing a crisis, emergency, or mental health concern, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the app lawfully.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions may be processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or another approved payment provider. Subscription terms, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing are governed by the applicable platform or payment provider policies.

5. User Content

You may submit journal entries, prayer requests, group messages, and other content. You retain ownership of your content, but grant BRKN the limited rights necessary to operate, secure, store, and display the content within the app as intended.

6. Community Standards

Users may not post unlawful, threatening, abusive, sexually explicit, harassing, hateful, or harmful content. BRKN may remove content or restrict access if users violate these standards.

7. AI-Generated Content

BRKN may use AI features to generate devotionals, prayer prompts, battle plans, summaries, or recommendations. AI output may not always be complete, accurate, or appropriate for every situation. Users should evaluate content prayerfully and consult trusted spiritual leaders when needed.

8. Intellectual Property

BRKN, including its design, branding, software, content, features, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to BRKN and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Content and Links

BRKN may link to third-party videos, websites, resources, or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, policies, or practices.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms or use BRKN in a way that harms the service, other users, or the community.
